Now let’s get on to the show.

We are back from SQL Saturday in Philadelphia where we got a chance to sit with a few different people in the SQL Server community and conduct interviews to help let you get to know them even better as real people, not just a speaker at the front of the room or a voice behind a webcast.

This time we got the chance to catch up with our friend Ayman El-Ghazali. We had a great time just chatting about things and are excited to share this interview.

Ayman is always a lot of fun to get together with, and we constantly harp on each other in fun ways. You may even find it a few time in this interview. Regardless of all that, we did have some great conversation points about the SQL Server community and how it has such a strong impact on how we all have gotten to where we are.

So, let’s jump right in to the interview because it is all worth hearing…
